As an equity capital investor, he generated over 22% internal rate of returns for Norwest Equity Partners and 3i Capital. Before investment banking, while at Honeywell International, he doubled the aerospace and defense revenue growth rate by leading strategic M&A. As an investment banker, he has advised such companies as Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett Packard, and General Electric on strategic M&A and has closed over 40 corporate equity transactions for buyers and sellers. Michael brings a unique insight from his background with financial and strategic buyers and applies them for the benefit of private company buyers and sellers.
